This song was inspired by a letter from a Mom whose daughter had endured 14 surgeries after an auto accident and wrote, “I guess God must think I’m strong enough to handle this.” Some of the lyrics that form a request from God for strength are “Hands of mercy, won’t you cover me. Review

This song is for anyone who feels they have a mountain to climb in life and that they don’t have the strength to do it. It also includes hope from Philippians 4:13 that says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This can be a wonderful way to express your need for strength from God.
