Description
Prayer garden is between the Truett Auditorium (large domed building) and the Naylor Student Center. The outdoor fish pond with a large statue of Jesus washing a disciple’s feet. It is very peaceful and a quiet place to retreat and pray.

How I used this place of prayer
I would sit and meditate between classes as I was wrestling with my future. I would also sit and pray following the shooting at our church on Sept 15, 1999.

Personal Tips
Meditate on the servant leadership of Jesus, listen to the peaceful waterfall and relax as you seek Christ.  I love this place and it is very special to me. As I raced from class to class, this garden reminded me to SLOW DOWN. It caused me to reflect and renew my commitment to my calling from God. It is an oasis in the midst of academic buildings and busy students.
